Yes, I was going to write the kennel, specifically Vince Berland, listed as my dogs former owner on greyhound-data.com but then I found this information. I'm so pleased that my brindle companion for the last 8 years escaped his owner in retirement.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7779555146664298023.post-54031789789643234732016-07-31T06:42:49.737-04:002016-07-31T06:42:49.737-04:00Oh Debra, if you only knew how lucky your 'gir...Oh Debra, if you only knew how lucky your 'girlie' is to get out of that place alive. AT my guess and with my experience I'd say only 40% of dogs bred there ever make it out of the front gates Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04351053408684021119noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7779555146664298023.post-30865191260695924062016-05-05T13:29:24.159-04:002016-05-05T13:29:24.159-04:00I am sick to know this happened. How very Pollyanna of me. :-(Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03426238051409295344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7779555146664298023.post-11065244634197361452011-10-12T17:04:53.345-04:002011-10-12T17:04:53.345-04:00Herein lies the problem with the dog racing indust...Herein lies the problem with the dog racing industry. Here no evil. See no evil. Speak no evil. Reward the most evil. This is one incident by a "god fearing" family. What about all the other incidents? The majority of incidents which go unspoken, where people don't have the courage to speak out or don't care.
I have a theory that when all these self professed god-fearing kennel operators and people in the dog racing industry die -- it will be mighty crowded in their coffins because every dog they ever killed, whipped, prodded, or injured is going to be in that coffin with them. Except the dogs will be going to heaven and the kennel operators will be going to hell.
This is not the Hall of Fame -- it's the Hall of Shame.GreyhoundRacingSuckshttp://endtucsongreyhoundracing.com/blognoreply@blogger.com
